  • 50 Minute Fitness Consultation (online)

    Consultations are compulsory for new clients to ensure you have the best experience and exercise safely. We will discuss your current lifestyle and activity, any injuries or areas of focus, short and long term goals, equipment you have available to you at home and your exercise likes and dislikes. We will also calculate your BMI and take any other measurements necessary to track and evaluate your progress. If this consultation is booked alone, we will provide advice on which pre-made program is best for you. If you book this consultation as part of the bundle, we will then prepare a tailor made program for you and invite you to book an introductory session where we will go through the program and make sure you understand every exercise.

  • Group Fitness Consultation

    A fitness consultation for couples and friends wanting to train together. This session is 90 minutes long and we will go through some things individually, like fitness tests and health questions, and some things together like your potential training schedule. Consultations are compulsory for new clients to ensure you have the best experience and exercise safely. We will discuss your current lifestyle and activity, any injuries or areas of focus, short and long term goals, equipment you have available to you at home and your exercise likes and dislikes. We will also do some basic health tests like your blood pressure and resting pulse rate, calculate your BMI and take any other measurements necessary to track and evaluate your progress. We will then prepare a tailor made program for you and invite you to book an introductory session where we will go through the program and make sure you understand every exercise. You must both create an account and fill in the Pre-Consultation Questionnaire individually at least 48 hrs before your in-person consultation session.

  • 1-to-1 Training Session

    One to one training session using FitR equipment, indoor/outdoor gym equipment or bodyweight exercises with focus just on you for the whole session. Perfect for if you feel you need a little bit of extra support and motivation to carry on your existing FitR programme. If you want to book several sessions, it may be cheaper to select a PT session bundle. Please message us to arrange a location in Nottingham if you want to change the session location as an existing customer.

  • Follow Up Consultation

    If you are an existing client, wanting to discuss or change your current goals or just need more of a chat session than a training session, book a 20 minute follow up consultation to review your progress. It is recommended that a follow up consultation is undertaken every 3 months as a minimum to ensure that you are continuing in the right direction and to re-measure your body fat and BMI as well as to review your functional movement test performance.

  • New Client Fitness Consultation

  • Program Introduction

    This 20 min session covers every exercise in your fresh, new FitR program to make sure you understand how to do each exercise and that they are suitable for your body. Together with your trainer, you will try out every exercise and if there are any tweaks to reps or weight, or any exercise needs adjusting to suit an injury, your trainer will do this in this session. This will be a low-intensity session with a lot of discussion, but please still attend in fitness clothing with water. If it is an online session or a session at your home, please have everything ready that your trainer asks for.

  • 1-to-1 PT Session (for FitR Programs)

    This is a one off PT session for people who downloaded a FitR program and would like some online support. The session will mostly be based on how to safely perform the exercises in the program, provide substitute exercises if necessary or jut give you some motivation! If you would like a more personalised PT session or to talk more about your goals and fitness journey, it's necessary to have a consultation. This is so that your PT can fully understand your goals, lifestyle, strengths and limitations, and health concerns or injuries, as well as the things you enjoy so that we can provide the most suitable and unique advice which will give you the longest lasting results.

  • 3-Person Training Session

    Only one person in the trio needs to purchase this session, the price is for all participants together (so it would be £20 each). Please arrange a time together before completing the checkout. The person booking must pay online at the time of booking and the other people can pay online separately. Note: You must have had a consultation before booking this session.

  • 2-Person Training Session

    Only one person in the duo needs to purchase this session, the price is for both participants together (so it would be £25 each). Please arrange a time together before completing the checkout. The person booking must pay online at the time of booking and the other person can pay online separately. Note: You must have had a consultation before booking this session.

  • 1-to-1 Training Session (online)

    Online training session using your own equipment or bodyweight exercises with focus just on you for the whole session. Perfect for if you need a little extra help or motivation to continue your existing FitR programme.
