Custom Program

If you're finding your workout routine isn't doing it anymore or you are ready for the next level, you can order a custom program, written by a PT but without the supervised training sessions.

We have two options available, a simple program (ideal for beginners) and a 12-week advanced program.

 

For both options, you will discuss your requirements and goals in a 50 minute consultation (in person or online), perform any necessary measurements and tests, and discuss any exercises you love or hate. Your PT will then write your custom program and send it to you for you to complete on your own. If after this, you decide you would like PT sessions for the support, encouragement and motivation, you can book one off sessions without the need for a consultation.
