Couples and Buddy Training

Shared goals, lifestyle, schedule or just inseperable? Maybe buddy training is for you.

Whether the reason is competition, motivation, confidence or something else, we can provide programs and training sessions that are suitable for you both. 

It doesn't matter if your goals, lifestyle and fitness levels as the same as your partner/buddy, or the exact opposite - as long as you have time available to train together and can motivate each other!

It all starts with separate fitness forms followed by a shared consultation session. We can make a fitness program where you can train together using the same equipment, but at your individual fitness levels to reach your individual goals or we can alternate you between circuits that suit your level. After that, book in your buddy personal training sessions as and when you need them or book a bundle of 4x sessions for bigger savings.

I was using the same training program for a couple of years until I scheduled a fitness program session with Raza last year. He was recommended by a friend of mine. Raza is a great listener and he is very encouraging. I had no knowledge of anything related to weight lifting as I only ever did cardio workouts. He taught me all the basics and went through every exercise in detail. He also takes on board any feedback I have with an exercise. When I informed him that leg extensions cause knee pains, he adjusted my routine accordingly. Raza is definitely one of the best fitness instructors I have ever come across. I’m glad he was the instructor who helped me start my fitness journey.
